Rooms are very large and comfortable, the hotel is smartly thought out and makes you want to spend time appreciating it, nice rooftop and garden, good breakfast… staff went out of their way to help me get my glasses back after I forgot them in my room (oops).

There is nothing to dislike the hotel is great and I will probably stay again. However looking at the map when I booked I thought I’d be able to walk from the airport - not the case. This is ok since there is a hotel transfer every 30 minutes, however what is less convenient is that it only stops at T4. Passengers landing in T1-T3 lose quite some time making the loop around the airport with the free airport shuttle to get to T4, so plan in some additional travel time (around 30-50 minutes total depending on how well you know your way around the airport, even though transfer takes less than 10 mins). Taxis in Madrid have a fixed rate from the airport so you’ll pay the same to go to the hotel as you would to go near town centre, so I definitely recommend the hotel shuttle. Sorry if this is long, just want it to be helpful if like me you are booking to get quickly from airport to hotel - definitely a great place to stay!

The hotel is so good, the breakfast is great, the room area and everything was good . Not the first time to stay and definitely won’t be the last one
