A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Bright Apartment a few steps from Duomo and Train Station. Wifi, A/C, W&D
Regina apartment is in the historic downtown of Florence. Despite this it is quiet and peaceful because it is located in a non-main street, but a stone's throw from the cathedral. I also manage PRINCIPIO apartment nr 896240. You can read the 100 reviews about it! In the immediate vicinity of Regina apt you will find a supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, shops of all kinds, a pharmacy and more. The apt is also very close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, from where you can leave for a daily tour to Pisa, Siena, Bologna and, in less than 2 hours, also Milan and Rome.
The apt consists of a large bedroom with a comfortable double bed. A room with a view of the Medici chapels, with sofa bed, table and TV. A kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, induction cooker, microwave oven. A bathroom with window and shower. The apartment is on the second floor, there is no lift.

The host Lucia was very easy to communicate with. It was easy to arrange the checkin and checkout processes. She and her husband were also prompt in helping me with a minor issue during the stay. The view from the kitchen and living area were lovely too, and the apartment is very conveniently situated. Fantastic stay!

Lovely, clean apartment with excellent location. Minutes away from the train station and yet felt safe and secure for those that don't know neighborhoods or are - like me - women traveling solo. Check-in process and host were easy to work with and the lovely person who met me with the keys very charming.I was in Florence as I was caught over a weekend in Italy for work - so wanted a place to relax, cook, drink a glass of wine, and do some quick basic laundry that was not a hotel. This apartment was perfect. Market just around the corner for food; wine store just around the corner for Barolo. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking basic meals. Bed was comfortable, and the AC/heat units worked well. I would absolutely return and recommend to friends.

Lucia is very good host, she accommodated our late check in as our flight arrived after 10pm. Appartment is located on small street and also in the center of the city with several minutes walk to main attractions. We found this place very clean and it has all we needed for the short stay in the city. We would stay there again if we return to Florence.
