The Inn is perfectly located for enjoying Kirkby Stephen. The staff - especially Jacqui - is super helpful and kind. Really enjoyed our brief time there. Our friends who stayed down the street were wishing they had booked here. Be prepared to carry luggage upstairs and know the bed isn’t super big by American standards.

Great location for walking, easy access to Pennines, Yorkshire Dales and not too far from the Lakes. Generally a good place overall.

Loved my spacious room and bathroom. The carpet was really stained and smelly, it needs to go. The carpet on the stairs up to the rooms was even worse. Staff were lovely.
