We loved the location. It was right in the center of the sweet little town. That was nice. It was also nice that the house had everything we needed to cook awesome meals and do our laundry! That was a huge love! It was clean. It was quiet and peaceful. It was well furnished with everything we needed including a block next to the bed to charge our phones and plug in a sleep machine. Also the staff was wonderful!! Responded to text messages within mins and answered all the questions we had.
I was a little disappointed in the shower. It showed a nice big rain shower head on the photos and that was not the case. I was also hoping to sit out on the nice big relaxing deck... but there was no chairs to sit in. I know beds are a hard topic... some like soft some like hard. I am a soft girl and boy those beds were hard as concrete. Our backs hurt all week.

That is homey, like home away from home.
There was only one tv to share.

The room is comfortable and the rooms' size is good.
Public area is comfortable and functional too.
Host prepares very complete supplies including soap, dish soap, utensils, coffee, snacks first aid and even batteries.
The location is good as well as the price. the neighborhood is nice and quiet and the view to the back of the property is a green valley that is quiet a view.
Host reply to message very quick and helpful.
The guest room with two single beds has only bedspreads. But tune up the AC helps, so it is not unbearable.

The location was great in terms of quiet neighborhood and very nice spacious well kept beautiful home. I loved the themed bedrooms. Our bed was quite comfy.
There was an issue with the ceiling fan in the 'Kentucky' bedroom in that it rocked back n forth during the cooling process and therefore we could not use it for our own safety. Because of that, the room was more stuffy than we are accustomed. In addition, the shower curtain was of really cheap quality and was rolled on both ends. Please make an investment in the smaller items if you're going to utilize a single curtain/liner for the shower. Having a magnetic weighted curtain would have been awesome!
