The studio is small but has everything you need. Comfy sofa bed plus 2 single beds. Little kitchenette with a cooker, kettle, coffee machine, air fryer and all the kitchenware available. We found water, Coke, a bottle of Prosecco and some snacks in the fridge with a little message which was a really nice touch. There’s plenty of drawers and a wardrobe - nice wooden furniture. The balcony was cozy - it was nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning there or a glass of wine on the evening. There are beach towels and parasols available. The location is perfect too - just 5 mins walk to the promenade, the tram stop is just next to the apartment block. Despite it being a noisy busy street once you close the balcony it is very quiet. There’s an air con at the property. We felt very safe too as 2 doors at the main entrance to the building would only open with the key. Special thank you to Sofie, who met me at midnight as my flight was delayed. She showed me around (even the short cut to the beach), showed everything at the property as well and was very friendly. Communication was very good - she would always answer any questions I had. We really enjoyed our stay! merci beaucoup!

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is in a perfect location, close to everything yet quiet and comfortable. The interior is thoughtfully and practically furnished, making it very easy to feel at home. Our host was extremely kind and helpful – nothing was ever a problem, and she was always ready to assist with anything we needed. Everything was simply outstanding, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely come back again!

The apartment is near to the beach, Nice center. Everything was well prepared when we arrived late evening. We got special emergency support with full of kindness and attention. I cannot thank enough this. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, who would like to spend some time in Nice or in this region.
