Beautiful property, delightful staff, comfortable room.

The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was excellent with one exception. One gentleman at the checkin was unhelpful. He couldn’t find the reservation so asked us to step back. We had to insist on seeing the manager who did find our reservations. We had two different reservations as we had family coming for just one of the nights. The rest of the staff were cheerful and helpful. It’s too bad the one staff member was so rude. Otherwise a great stay. I still do not like not having room service when staying two nights.
