Hotel centrally located in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Easy to access from major high way, ample parking for guest. Staff (Mauve) and parking staff provided excellent customer service while checking into hotel. 8th floor dining staff excellent customer service, very pleasant, and outdoor space clean.
