I love your hotel it’s so peaceful and great service. I have been here 3x and will continue all my summer trips here. Appreciate the upgraded room when we arrived and your flexibility with adding an extra night bonus!!!!! Thank you always

We love staying at the queen kapolani, they staff is super nice and I love the location and views of diamond head. I love the coffee shop in the lobby and love the whole vibe. I stay here whenever I can.

I liked everything; the only bad thing is that they have a coffee maker and cups but they don’t offer coffee. They charge 200 dollars per night and they can’t offer coffee.

This is our second time staying here and it is just so easy. I was disappointed that I have not been able to do the lei making class once again. I have to get better at planning a way to get my lei. The location is nice and an easy walk to the beach. Vallet was easy.
