Love the pool and mart staff is on it!

The location is fantastic. We had a view of the ocean AND diamond head from our 26th floor balcony. We were 3 blocks from a lovely part of Waikiki beach. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, but we were coming off a cruise, so we opted to cook. A 15 min walk to Waikiki market - Great selection of both prepared and raw .

There was extensive renovation work on the outdoor amenity floor and the gas grills were not working reliably. The updates in the rest of the building have not been completed.

I asked for minor buy yet important restock on toilet paper and napkins and I didn't receive it until after contacting front desk twice as housekeeping was not answering. After 2nd call, I still didn't receive until after 1 hour. Some staff were friendly, some not so much. We lost our backpack while getting on the taxi from Hotel to airport, I was panicking, called so they can check room and or outside/lobby for bag, front desk took forever to check and call me back while I was at Airport. My husband had to go back to hotel, and there was the bag by security, and yet front desk stated they didn't see a backpack. We lost our flight, had service been a little more helpful we would have made our flight.
