Very modern and clean. Great place to stay. Very convenient location close to Kumamoto Station and on the tram line route to both the station and to Kumamoto Castle.

Front desk was very helpful & accommodating. Although hotel was not close to station or eateries. We had to catch the cab to most areas but hotel has 3 restaurants.

It was by far the best breakfast setup I have had in a long time. Great, accommodating staff and close to the station.

No air conditioning, feels warm even during winter season. Windows cannot be opened. The room and furniture needs refurbishing. Location 15mins walk from Kumamoto station.
