This is an older hotel, traditionally run. You will interact with human beings checking in, checking out, etc.
Western breakfast is mini ( very mini) omelets, French fries, decent coffee and weak orange juice.
You’ll have to pay to watch western content on TV.
Our room was spacious by Japanese standard, but the bathroom was cramped.

Spacious room. Free breakfast.

It is near the train station and trams stop. Good breakfast spread. Providing toothpaste pack without toothbrush pack will be more ideal. Tv seems to off by itself in the nights.

Great spa. Friendly staff. Great location by Kumamoto Station and shopping mall. Good breakfast variety.
