The staff was very helpful and very accommodating; super easy check in process. Be warned that not all of the rooms have historic charm. The lighting in the bathroom is horrible for ladies who want to see themselves to apply makeup. If you don't expect all the comforts of a normal hotel, you won't be disappointed (bath mat, multiple bedside table lamps, etc.). Great location to our favorite "sleepy" side of the quarter.

We had a wonderful stay at Rathbone! We stayed for the first weekend of Jazz Fest and our room was wonderful. Having the pool and hot tub was an added bonus. They are also pet-friendly, our pups had a great stay as well! They also have onsite and street parking. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and Kiki really made our stay top notch! Thank you all again, we hope to be back very soon! Sincerely, Lauren, Matt, Squish and Sushi
