The staff, from the front desk to the valet was amazing 👏👏👏
However, the room and the bathroom left a few things to be desired
The shower was miserable ( second floor)
The carpets were threadbare
No way to control the temperatures in the room
And the food was another story😓

Loved how family the staff was and how convenient it was to get to downtown Cleveland

We booked two separate suites one for us and one for my parents for our son's graduation. The two queen bed suites were perfect for us. Very roomy and clean. Our suite was on the 7th floor and although the same layout as my parents on the 5th floor our room on the 7th was updated in terms of aesthetic. Both were clean but ours was nicer. But this did not diminish the stay at all. With it being a graduation weekend where all hotels were packed, the staff were incredibly helpful. The valet parking was flawless despite all the comings and goings. The parking staff did a fantastic job. Overall would highly recommend.

Very kind and helpful staff. Especially the front desk at check in and check out.
