Location
Staff didn’t know what was going on. And NO hospitality Coffee. This is the first Holiday Inn that didn’t offer this.

Close to downtown. Upscale hotel. Looks new. Did not expect that for the price. Very friendly and efficient staff. Took valet only 5 minutes to retrieve our car even though the hotel was very busy. They had convenience store for forgotten necessities and great snacks s d beverages. Breakfast was great. Delicious coffee.
Can’t think of any negatives.

The property is convenient and a good deal. It is usually very clean with a full staff of very friendly people! Chrystal was fantastic trying to take care of us along with Kevin K. At the valet stand.
This time out room was not clean and the unfriendly lady, Vanessa, who checked us in and out wouldn’t answer the phone when we tried to call to change rooms. The room was run down with the bathroom having hair in the shower, sink, and floor, and something splashed all over the sink, the furniture was very worn with a strange whistling sound that would come and go.
