It is a beautiful restored and refurbished hotel. The decor in the public area is traditional and tasteful. The bedroom was superb. The tea, coffee, hot chocolate and horlics was a lovely touch. There were delightful biscuits to accompany them.
The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a huge shower and had big white fluffy towels. The toiletries were top class.
There was even a "sleep pack" with eye mask, ear plugs and a little bottle of lavender pillow spray.
I loved our stay there.
