This is a beautiful historic property. The room was beautiful and well appointed. The staff all quite helpful. The location was perfect, right next to the Duomo. The perfect place to stay in Florence.

Room was fine. Heater was in overdrive and the check out process was not clear. We also could not communicate in the few days before the stay on the Expedia app.
