We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. A special thank you to the evening receptionist, who went above and beyond by coming to pick us up when we got a little lost in the dark and personally guiding us back to the hotel by car. I would also like to thank the other evening receptionist, who was incredibly helpful when I had some pregnancy cravings and needed a little extra assistance. These thoughtful gestures really made us feel taken care of. The room was spotless, large, and very spacious. The location was also perfect — everything was within walking distance, so we barely needed to use our car. For me, especially during my pregnancy, this made our stay very comfortable and convenient. Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly appreciated the kindness and hospitality of the staff.

The only small point that could be improved would be the breakfast. It was not included in our room rate, so this was not really a negative point for us, but the buffet could perhaps offer a little more variety.

A hidden gem in Florence! The location was perfect- just around the corner from the Duomo! The hotel is new, beautiful and offers so many little extras! Every day they offer "happy hour" where guests receive a free drink of their choice and small snacks! It was perfect after a hot day of walking around the city! The breakfast bar was great with a wide variety of food and they also offer hot food made to order- omelets, waffles, bacon. But the best part about this hotel is the staff! They went out of their way to be helpful, making sure we had everything that we needed. Our room was lovely, very spacious, clean, offered drawers, closet space and a sky light! Upon arrival our room was quite warm and the staff immediately brought us a full size fan that helped cool it down quickly. They were available to answer all our questions and provided us with great tips. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into making this hotel a special experience for it's guests. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay here the next time I'm in Florence.
