Fantastic service and staff and great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable but we were not a fan of the bathroom situation. Clear glass doors that didn't shut properly, and the shower has curtains that didn't stop water from getting everywhere. We were also on the ground floor and got a bit of noise from the cafe. That said, I would totally stay again, but I would not go for the ground floor studio. Still, great stay, fantastic breakfast and the men on reception were excellent. We will be back. Just on a higher floor.

Quirky vibe, European style. Very comfortable room, with excellent amenities. All very thoughtful in terms of guest comfort, needs, use of space and sustainability.
Good location by the harbour and opposite the Te Papa museum. Parking a short walk away. Register your car with the hotel to save on parking fees.
Breakfast in The Pantry was tasty, with fresh ingredients.
Amazing service from friendly staff, thank you Sandra, Pacco & Christina.

Cannot say enough about how great this place is from my unexpected room upgrade to the amazingly helpful staff. Nothing was too much. Amenities are great and the hotel is well located for Te Papa museum and town centre. Mahalo nui loa!
