Even better than the pictures
The Kayon Jungle Resort is a truly spectacular place and was even more beautiful in real life than it looks on social media. The jungle setting is incredible, our room was beautiful and clean, and the pools and surroundings are stunning.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, although at times the service felt a little too attentive for us, even though we are used to staying at five-star hotels. Communication before our stay could also have been better, as I contacted the hotel twice with a simple question but never received a reply.
Overall, these are minor points. This is a very special and unforgettable resort and was one of the highlights of our trip to Bali. Definitely worth visiting.
