Overall very satisfied, excellent & amazing view and location perfect.
The staff are so helpful that you will not wait a long time if you need help specially the Supervisor or assistant manager (sorry I forgot the names) who assisted us on the safe deposit box, also Vanessa who showed us how their door work as airconditioner, Harrizon the front desk who checked us in and also the front desk who check us out.
Breakfast is very good. Also, there are lots of food choices on their menu in the restaurant and all very satisfying. I tried their fondue, steak, etc but the most recommended one that I really like is their cold beet soup with ice cream - yummy.
