This was a charming place to stay. There were sheep in the field outside our window. There were cookies and tea things in our room. There was a nice common room/library with lots of maps and guide books. We had a delicious full Scottish breakfast in the morning. We'd love to stay there again!

Way out in the countryside but well worth the drive. Welcoming owners. It’s been in their family since 1849! Very clean and updated. Excellent food. Lots of sheep and flowers.

Wonderful location, lovely views and everything we needed. Would recommend! A lot of attention to detail has gone into this place and it feels so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. Our children adored the rabbits, owl, deer and swallows everywhere.

Great location. Very calm and peaceful. Clean and homely. Good accommodation and breakfast. Friendly owners. Beautiful surrounding countryside and many interesting places to visit in the area. A variety of pubs to have a meal. We had a lovely stay thank you from Jeanette and Rob.
