This is a great butique hotel with a decent location. Not beachfront but 2 minutes away from Kamala beach. Your room is huge. Love the kitchen area with fridge freezer.
Staff are excellent. Our air conditioning wasn't working in the living area and it was fixed straight away.
The bar area and check in are the same. The layout feels a little odd and not conducive to wanting to go down to sit there to have a drink. It feels like there is nowhere to sit and no tables to rest your drinks. The photos give a different impression of the bar.it feels like a missed revenue opportunity for the hotel.
On the subject of missed revenue opportunities, whilst we were in the pool, we were never asked if we wanted a drink. Especially as they offer free ice cream between 2-4 pm and there are families taking advantage of this.
Travelling as a family this place is excellent and I would absolutely come back if I get the chance.

A very spacious room and relaxation area. Pleasantly surprised after reading last reviews. Staff excellent and very helpful especially when we had an issue with toilet system. A huge shout out to Ya Ya, fabulous customer service and when above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Room service excellent. Happy Hour fruit/ice cream nice touch. Pool looked great, but weather not good enough to use. Good choice at breakfast. Small gym but sufficient for light work out. Overall really happy with stay & would recommend. 🙏
