This place was bare bones which was what I wanted. Visiting Chiang Mai for the third time in 49 years made me want not to be pampered in a city whose people live economically on less than most of us do. However, these people are a joy to meet and converse with. This place was clean, well-managed and friendly environment.

Property needs updating, very convenient and walking distance to old Chiang Mai and stores/ cafes
