Ashleigh House

The owners were incredibly lovely and helpful, great for a chat over breakfast and any time we crossed paths. They had ideas and suggestions of where to go and what to do and very much gave a homely feeling to our stay. The breakfast was delicious. They made a full English breakfast both days to order whilst also having a selection of different cereals, fruits and pastries. They had tea, coffee and juice all available and were incredibly dedicated to making the stay as great as possible. The room was clean and well maintained and also had tea, coffee and a mini fridge with milk to ensure we had what we could want. The beds were very comfortable, curtains were blackout, radiator was on but we also had the windows open so could happily regulate the temperatures as we needed. Torquay city centre is only 10 minute walk away so there are a wealth of entertainment options nearby and the owners were full of recommendations if we wanted them. All in all it was an amazing place to stay and I highly recommend and will definitely be staying there again in the future.

We received wonderful hospitality from Steve and janice.the property was spotless and tastefully decorated, quality of breakfast was first class and hot which is very important to me faultless, our hosts were incredible helpful and welcoming and went that extra mile to make sure all our needs were met . would highly recommend this residence and on our next visit to Torquay we will definitely be staying here again 5* highly recommended Thank you Paula,Dave and teddy

Great property and hosts 🙂👍

Absolutely lovely house and a great location in Torquay. Owners were super friendly and on hand for any queries we might have. We had a top floor room, so the bathroom was small but perfect for our needs - all amenities were great. The bed was super comfortable, we wished we had stayed more nights just to sleep on it! Breakfast was great too, everything you might need + lovely cooked options. Parking is on-street but parking permits are provided as it is for residents only. We will definitely stay there again when in Torquay.
