Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. We didn’t even hear the rails outside

The hotel was perfect, highly recommend! Walking distance to all major sights. Located in the heart of Sultanahmet, and the tram is literally outside of the hotel which made commuting extremely easy. All the staffs were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Our room had an amazing view to the blue mosque. The hotel also has airport transfer (50 euros). Just note that close by mosques make announcements during prayer hours, can be a bit distracting. Overall had an amazing time in this hotel, highly recommend!!

Fabulous location. Easy to walk to all sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff was amazing and helpful. They arranged a car for us to go to the airport early in the morning. Coffee and tea available and plenty of bottled water. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I reserved a ground floor room. The room had a window facing a street shop displaying goods outside.
When the shop opened (07:30–08:00) and closed (23:30–24:00), there was very loud noise each time, which woke my family up.
In addition, the curtain installed on the window could not block the outside light from entering the room. I had to cover the window with towels to reduce the light.
Overall, the other conditions were very good, but in my opinion the ground floor room is not suitable to be used as a hotel room.
