Great location, friendly staff, and a nice, quiet setting away from the busy street. The room was clean, the bathroom was modern, and breakfast was decent. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear some noise from other rooms, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Stayed here overnight as we were passing through Hanoi from Sapa to Ninh Binh. We chose this hotel because it’s walking distance from the Sapa express bus stop in Hanoi. We were able to walk with our suitcases there without issue.
Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy and the room itself was perfect for what we needed. In fact they gave us a free upgrade which was incredibly kind. The breakfast buffet was yummy too and they offered soy milk as an alternative which I was incredibly grateful for.
More than happy to stay here again. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful.

Very good experience. On my last day, I got food poisoning and Jenny at reception kick into full gear, my husband asked where he could find a pharmacy that was open and she made calls and got the medication I needed delivered directly to our room. And she sent me texts to see if I was better. Was very grateful for her response. Would recommend hotel very highly.
