Rose was absolutely incredible and one of the most genuinely helpful, caring and thoughtful people we have ever dealt with. From the moment we started planning our trip, even before we left Sydney, Rose was there to help organise everything. She was incredibly quick to respond to all of my questions and always made me feel completely reassured that everything was taken care of. She organised our airport transfers, tours and so many of the little details that made our time in Hanoi completely stress-free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her kindness, care and attention to detail were exceptional. Our Hanoi experience was made so much more enjoyable because of Rose. We felt genuinely looked after from beginning to end, and her warmth and helpfulness made our exciting trip even more special. We are so grateful for everything Rose did for us and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Hanoi. She is truly wonderful and an absolute asset. Location in the old quarter was great. Staff were exceptional and breakfast was just fine for us.

We stayed here back and forth throughout our Vietnam holiday, staying in Hanoi, and then to SaPa and back, and then again to Halong Bay and back. E Central is superbly located. The rooms are cosy, tidy, and clean. The staff are accomodating, friendly, and efficient. Special thanks to ALL the Reception ladies and Travel Desk Rosie who are always ready to fulfil our requests and always greet us with a smile. The security guard/ porter young men are also always ready and efficient. Our airport pick up and send off, and all our trips to outside of Hanoi are arranged by Rosie. Everything was smooth and perfectly enjoyable. Just contact her early and she can find the best trip and itinerary to suit your needs and your budgey. She was a great help since we are a family of four vacationing for the first time in Northern Vietnam. The place is great value for money and they have a good variety of rooms for you to choose from. If I were to come to Hanoi again l would not hesitate to stay in the same hotel, and be taken care of by the same fantasic people.
