Exceptional from start to finish. Lovely room in great condition and spotless. Friendly, attentive team members and nothing was too much trouble. The food was sublime, best vegan options I've ever had at an event or conference. I'll certianly be back if I have to stay in Birmingham again, well done!

It was beautiful. You made my sons birthday perfect. If anything we are now looking at booking more alone hotels in Liverpool and Manchester.
