We absolutely loved our stay. The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of Leicester Square and within walking distance of so many of London's attractions. The room was excellent.
The price was high, but that must be expected given the location.

Location, staff, cleanliness all terrific
Needs a plug for the hair dryer near the mirror

Location is central, walkable to many of the top London restaurants, shopping and West End theaters. It’s a small heritage hotel, about 4 rooms/floor. The AC worked really well!
The common areas are a bit dreary. The common areas/lobby need a refresh of carpet and decor. The room I stayed in was in much better decor shape. Surprisingly, for such a noisy dense late-night area, (it is China town) the windows did not let in street sounds, but I could hear the footsteps of the people staying above me.

Location and comfy bed
Very small room - loo shower bath all about half size!
