Exceptional location, the room was very quiet and spacious.
The room was spacious but bare, not enough places to hang your things, very little sink space, no chair in the room and no mini fridge. The towel rack was actually inside the shower which made no sense. The cleaning crew was in the process of being replaced so we had some issues with housekeeping. The shower had a musty smell.

Great location about 5 minutes from the tube station. Helpful staff and clean facilities. I stayed in a room for 3 and it had everything we needed for our night away.

Great location, clean and modern room, attractive public areas.
Self-service check-in process was complex and took ages, twice as long as in Premier Inn! Staff weren't rude, just not particularly welcoming. Nowhere on site for breakfast .
