The location, the cleanliness and the staff’s support and care. The property is well maintained and room was very clean. It is at walking distance from all the theaters and many attractions.
We were a bit surprised by the lack of the elevator, not an issue for us in the end, but it can be strenuous. A small improvement: The lack of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, no support in the shower for the soap. The little kitchen is handy, but has no appliances nor plates etc. so don’t expect to be able to eat in.

The room was very clean and not too noisy with the windows closed as far as possible. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. There was plenty of cupbourd space. I found it very good value.
The bathroom window would not close properly. Repair on that would be good. The room was quite confined for space, which is fine, but some of the space was taken up by a kitchenette that didn't seem to know why it was there:- there was a kettle and coffee-maker and sink, but no fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery or utensils.

it was in a great location, well maintained and clean.
No lift and we had to climb 6 flights of stairs with luggage to the 3rd floor . no blinds on the windows so you had to shut the curtains to change or go to bathroom as offices opposite and flats.
