I left an item in my room and the staff were very helpful, contacting me to let me know and arranging return.
Everything needed in room and very close to Wolfbrook centre. Quiet in motel.

This place is a great choice -- close to the station if you are going to/arriving from Greymouth on the train. Crystal could not have been more helpful -- and the facilities are modern, efficient, and comfortable.

We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived. Staff could not be more helpful and a great bonus was the courtesy lift to the station for our train journey. Would definitely recommend. It’s also in a very convenient position close to shops and the Ale House for dinner.
