The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice.
The rooms were clean but could do with a bit of renovation/redecoration.

Lovely quiet location and very friendly staff
Very basic facilities in the rooms , no TV, no hairdryer - some information around bar closing times in the room, would have been very helpful.

Different. Beautiful grounds, very special building.

It was historical and the staff were lovely
There were numerous issues around cleanliness; which we discussed with a member of staff upon checkout. Which hopefully will be addressed for the next customer. Mattresses are in need of replacing; they were hard and dipping in the middle. There wasn’t a TV in the room which would’ve been an issue if we were staying more than 1 night. And they provided an ironing board but no iron - which amused us. The hotel is obviously focused on golf which is fine; however having a tv in your room in 2026 isn’t much of an ask I don’t think.
