The architecture, the comfy beds and the open air restaurants and all of the amazing foods, especially the breakfast additions and speciality coffee, spice espresso was my favourite, the pools, the spa and it’s wonderful staff, Tito is fabulous but really all of the warm welcoming staff are the real gems of this magnificent place.

We had the most incredible stay at The Meru Sanur! You can tell from the moment you arrive that this is a true 5-star luxury experience—everything is top-tier, but with such a warm and relaxing vibe. The architecture of the resort is absolutely stunning, and the rooms have this beautiful, modern Balinese style that makes you feel totally immersed in the island's culture from the second you walk in. Honestly, the breakfast alone is worth booking for. Absolutely mind-blowing selection, and everything tasted incredible every single morning. If you’re heading to Sanur, book this place without hesitation—it’s pure magic!

Everywhere you look, you can see the incredible attention to detail and the thought behind every design decision. The architecture, interiors, lighting, materials and surrounding greenery work beautifully together. It is one of those hotels where simply walking around and discovering different spaces is an experience in itself. The rooms are spacious, luxurious and extremely comfortable. The pools and recreational areas are equally impressive — beautifully designed, unique and perfect for relaxing. The breakfast also deserves a special mention. The quality and variety are outstanding, with so many options that it is almost impossible to try everything. The service is highly professional while still being warm, friendly and full of genuine smiles and a great sense of humor. Despite the luxurious character of the hotel, the atmosphere never feels overly formal. We would especially like to mention Gustre, the bartender by the pool at The Meru. He is an incredible asset to this hotel. From the very beginning, he was extremely helpful, attentive and always willing to assist us with practically anything we needed. At the same time, he has a fantastic personality, always ready for a friendly conversation or a joke, which made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. People like Gustre are the ones you remember long after your stay is over. The Meru Sanur is a truly memorable place for anyone who appreciates exceptional architecture, beautiful interiors, nature, space, comfort and outstanding hospitality. A unique hotel with its own character that we will remember for a long time.
