I recently visit and overall experience was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good except the specialty restaurant at night. Food was very limited as well as the menu but buffet was great

I loved all the restaurants I ate at four of them. Had a massage, booked excursions in the lobby area, was able to exchange my US currency to pesos in the lobby. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet, swim up pool bar and loved the natural setting. The staff was helpful and friendly
