So pleased that we chose the Geckos rest to stay for 4 nights.
John and Amy were welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area, suggesting different ways to walk to town, where to catch a bus if we needed it. The rooms are spotless, have all you need. Nice smelling toiletries and well stocked tea tray. They provide free fresh milk should you want it and use of the fridge in the dining room in case you need to keep something cool. Plenty of parking for everyone staying.
You will never go hungry at breakfast and Amy provides well cooked local produce.
The beds are very comfortable and the windows open.
It is a 10-15 minute walk into town and that is with someone with a walking stick.
It makes a good base for walking and visiting the surrounding areas.

Amazing host, amazing place & amazing breakfast. Very well kept property, little details in the property will remind you of how much host must love hosting people & running this B&B. The place & property overall is everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
Highely recommended if you are looking for a place, which has great location, free & safe parking, beautiful & well kept property, free wifi & best breakfast.
