The charming publican made us very welcome, including our two whippets. Being a Monday night after a very busy long weekend at the Khartoum Hotel, we had the place to ourselves. The verandah, the bedroom, the lounge room and the bathroom were all excellent. The walking track around the dam was a bonus for dog walking.
