Veriu had a really cool vibe, the staff were friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable and it was located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to public transport, Broadway Shopping Centre, China Town, Darling Harbour and the CBD. It was great also having cooking and washing facilities.
The washing machine in our apartment might need replacing. It kept stopping and we had to keep an eye on it until it properly started its cycle. A minor issue in otherwise great accommodation!

I loved that the room was spacious with everything you could need and loved the industrial vibe. The bed was incredibly comfy and staff were friendly
Our room came with a disabled bathroom. But everything else was great!

Staff were wonderful. Great location.
Difficulty processing payment with Corporate Card. Staff were very helpful but took a while to rectify.
Sliding door to the balcony did not lock, advised the second day but not repaired during the stay. This is not great for women staying on their own.
