Bathroom too crowded. Could hardly sit comfortably on toilet due to large washing machine & dryer in same room. Dreadful outlook.

Conveniently placed for access to city. Reception area well presented. Bathroom needs updating, cracked bathroom tiles across the floor & hole in loft hatch. Carpet grubby.

Corridor to rooms gloomy. Whilst it represented the old wool store, the metal railings made it look unwelcoming.

It was very close to attractions at Darling Harbour and light rail. Had everything that was required.

The shower over the bath didn’t have grips to stop feet sliding and a handrail would be handy when getting out of bath/shower.

Good facilities. We’ll set up for family of 5.

Great apartment with good location, quiet hotel. Very friendly reception staff. Having luggage storage and opening 24/7 is very appreciated. And a swimming pool inside the hotel ! I will recommend this hotel.

Excellent access to the Darling Harbour Convention Centre, 25 mtr Lap pool which is hard to get in an apartment complex.

Very noisy (they did provide ear plugs - which was a warning in itself) made worse as we backed onto the lift. Room was OK, just in need of renovation. if we had leaned on the sink unit in the bathroom, I think it would have come off the wall.

The location was great, easy access to the ICC locations. That was the main reason for us choosing this oak site.

I will say the overall cleanliness of the apartment left a lot to be desired. Their was multiple stains on the floors of the bedrooms and loungeroom area. We also found a pair of socks under the lounge. I would hope this is not the cleaning standard for the oaks brand.

The view, location, and the staff if we needed. Anything we just had to ask and the staff were very pleasant
