Location, self checkin, the room has everything needed
They told me that i could put my bags at the office with a price until 17:00 but then when i went to the office they told me they dont open the office at weekends and i can put it at the shop next to it. That guy charged me double.

I went back these apt because they are in a good location, the space is ample and modern with things like electric shades, laundry and full kitchen. Easy access and accessible amenities.
We were in too floor and the elevator got stuck and we had to call the fire dept to get out. It was mentioned that that was not an isolated event. Also there was more wear and tear on things like the bed.

The location of the property is obscure however our situation was more complex because of my wife's mobility issues.
The property is on a traffic restricted, narrow and steeply sloped street with no parking which made unloading luggage and getting my wife around on a wheel chair extremely difficult.
Having said that, it was comfortable and well equipped with most of what we needed. The property manager was just down the street and did her utmost to insure our stay was comfortable. She was a huge benefit to us.
This was our first time in Portugal so we were not sure what to expect and had we done more home work, we would have known that most of the streets are on steep hills and parking is a huge problem and particularly in Alfama. The cobble streets are also difficult to navigate and we did know that.

"La posizione è davvero ottima, centrale e permette di muoversi facilmente a piedi. Inoltre, la zona è abbastanza tranquilla.
La casa gode di ogni comfort, da aria condizionata ad un doppio bagno. Cuci..."
