Clean, comfortable we needed the facilities for our last nights before driving to London to fly out. Parking was particularly convenient. Security, communication and check in was good
It is a 30 min walk to most highlights in York which may not suit some - there are buses to help if walking is a problem

Clean and comfortable. Fan already there which was very welcomed and needed.
Traffic noise and very hot. No dishwasher which wasn't a problem just that it was advertised as having one.

the parking was superb .easy access to room via a lift . room was very clean . fridge freezer was very good and a good tv .the shower was very powerful .. i would reccomend this place because it was not over priced and was value for money. the bus pick up was a 50 yard walk
the cooker was quite difficult to use . the shower cubicle was very small .. the bed was very low yet it was comfortable . the settee was again very low . kitchen there were items that were not available .a tee towel and definetely a plastic mixing jug or bowl for use of the microwave and no cereal dishes
