HOTEL ROYAL HOI AN, The Legacy by the River

Loved ths property - especially the pool! Great for kids, the balcony view was amazing!

My only complaint would be that when we booked it said additional bed available, howeve it turned out the additional single bed was $50 per night! so it became quite a lot more expensive than we had planned. But other than that it was incredible. I just wish the pricing was clearer on booking.com

Everything was great in the hotel - the magnificent modern room, the view to the river, the cool rooftop swimming pool and var, and of course the perfect location close to Hoi An old city. We actually had most of our dinners at the hotel restaurant , and both the food and service were great! Since my partner got a little sick during our stay at Hoi An, we had to spend a lot of time in the hotel room, and luckily the room was very comfortable and the hotel stuff was very helpful with everything that we needed . I would like to mention Trinh specifcally, one of the hotel stuff member, who was exceptionally nice, chatty and friendly at the rooftop bar

Everything was perfect. 8th time in Hoi An and second time at Hotel Royal. Would never stay anywhere else.

There is nothing not to like.

The hotel is well positioned for the river. The ground floor pool is really nice with access the the executives lounge for drinks. Staff were friendly.

The roof top bar had happy hour 2 for 1 drinks but the drinks were twice the price of the downstairs bar so bit of a con. Executive lounge food choice was very limited but what there was, was fine. Out room had a distinct smell of sewage we complained and they came and put a scented diffuser in the bathroom which only worked until the candle ran out.
