The antique furniture make you become a part of history! You may not only enjoy watching it, you may touch it, use it, be part of it. Every day you wake up in a historical Venice in an amazing surroundings. I lived there a week and it was not enough to get used and just take it for granted. I was admiring every single day all the beautiful antique unique objects of the hotel.

I absolutely loved everything. Every single bit of it!!

This was our second stay at the Console Palais, and it enchanted us all over again. The elegant harmony of period furniture, mirrors, and chandeliers makes the place truly special, while the rooms feature modern, well-appointed bathrooms. The balcony rooms offer a stunning view of gondolas gliding by on the adjacent canal. In the ground-floor androne – behind the porta d'acqua, where residents of the palazzo once stepped on and off the gondolas – the owner, Catherina, has set up tables and chairs, and each morning brings a lovely surprise: coffee and a cornetto. The staff were exceptionally kind, the accommodation was spotless, and the whole place is steeped in captivating palazzo atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful traditional place, we are so glad we decided on this place for our honeymoon. Our room was stunning. The owners are so welcoming and friendly. Loved sitting at the side of the water with breakfast and an evening drink. The location is perfect, short walk to st marks square and also in the other direction to get a boat to murano and burano. A lovely peaceful area of the city but minutes to all the bars and restaurants. There are so many places to stay in Venice but we would 100% come back here on our next trip.
