I received location info via a message with instructions on where to go and how to get there, they were clear and concise and easy to follow. The facility was open and the key was in the door. It had everything we needed for our 1 night short stay. The driveway is quite steep, so you need to be away of that, but once you park up, settle in and relax and take in the stunning views, it is worth it. :-)
Nothing, it met all our needs for our short stay

Kind and welcoming hosts. Able to use washing machine and dryer. Had warmed the trailer in preparation for our arrival. Great view. Would stay again.
Could be a little cleaner. Ie. some hair in freezer. This accom would be challenging for anyone with mobility concerns due to steps up to trailer and into the bed.
