The host made sure I was comfortable when I arrived. Would definitely be back in the near future! Thank you 🙏🏼

What I liked the most about the property was where it is situated and how private the accommodation is.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was perfect for my short stay.

A comfy and safe bed for the night ❤️

Great communication, friendly and professional hosts, comfy safe and secure place

I had trouble staying warm overnight. Maybe a thicker or another duvet.. apart from that, brilliant.

Great budget-friendly stay in Dunedin

The room was clean and had everything we needed, plus a few extra thoughtful touches. Coffee and tea were provided, and the Indonesian coffee was especially good. There was private parking available, a decent-sized fridge, and a nice outdoor area to sit and relax. The room was a good size for two people and offered excellent value for money. Would happily stay here again.

The room was quite cold in the morning as the wall heater was broken. A temporary heater was provided, but it was too small to keep the room warm. However, there was plenty of bedding, so sleep was good . The bathroom sink was quite small. The shower floor was damaged. The host informed about the shower issue later was still safe and usable.

Pleasant but but a bit chilly, a nice place but horrible people

The place was quite nice, a little cold but there was an electric heater and they offered more blankets on a cold night. A tv I was able to use and a nice clean layout. I was also glad to leave.

What I hated was the fact that a poorly installed shower tray was blamed on me (the shower tray cracked under my foot. The sand under the tray was loose and not properly tampered) so it was only a matter of time until the tray broke. And after being blamed and even attempting a cheap repair with some silicone as a kindness, which I informed them would not last more than a couple of uses, the horrible little twerp decided to ring my work and complain, even though I was there on a personal trip and just using my works vehicle they had authorised me to take. So, the place was good value, but having a poor bit of workmanship blamed on me and then the rudeness shown, I wouldn’t stay there again for free. He was more interested in his next guests than myself having no shower for 2 nights.
