Location and the employees
We were given a beautiful room upgrade
We had to be up at 4am so went to bed at 9pm to a beautiful room but there was a constant droning / rattling noise coming from boxed up pipes, come 11pm still wide awake my husband dressed and spoke to lady night porter who listened and agreed, she said she’d tell the manager who would contact us as understood had badly disrupted our sleep. We finally slept when it quietened gone midnight. I awaited a week to review so contact could be made but sadly nothing.
