Location was fantastic and the view was incredible. The house was clean and not a spec of dirt in sight. It was close enough to the centre but also far enough that it was calming and relaxing whilst being quiet.

Unfortunately there wasn't much garden but this couldn't be helped due to positioning/plot of house.

The place was great and well maintained. It is uphill from the town which gives you a good view over the city.

- Non communicative host - The host was not easy to communicate to. We had a major issue at checkin and the host took over 30 mins to respond. Someone else had checked in on the same day and even the parking was occupied. We were stranded without a place to park on a hilly terrain where street parking was impossible. Even then, he insisted on texting rather than getting on a call to sort it out. Meanwhile we were standing out unsure if we need to find a new place at the last moment. It took over two hours by the time everything got sorted out. - Security issue - The keys were to be collected from a locked box outside the house. Usually when this is the case, the PIN is handed out just before the visit and reset regularly. In this particular case though the host sends it out several days in advance. This means when we reached the property, someone else had already checked in before us. They were there on a wrong day and were nice people making a honest mistake, who left as soon as they realised their mistake. But they still had access to the property on a day when they shouldn't have. - Incorrect description of services - The listing mentioned breakfast as well as toiletries. About the breakfast the host said its booking.com's mistake and there will be none provided. In toiletries only towels were provided, no soap or shampoo which is a basic requirement. Overall the place is beautiful, but it was quite stressful staying there.
