Location and style of property. Very quiet. Although the pub is just across the road, it wasn’t noisy and once shut everything fell silent.

We had a pleasant stay in this house. The house was clean, the kitchen was functional and very well equipped, and the beds were large and comfortable. The location was also good, in a quiet residential area but only a 10–15 minute walk from the city centre.
One thing to keep in mind is that the house is on the second floor and there are quite steep stairs to reach it, which may be difficult for people with reduced mobility. The dining table is quite old, although still functional, and some of the dining room lights did not work properly.

We loved the apartment decor, layout, and amenities. It was a real home from home for our weekend trip to Bath, and easily accommodated a family of four. Also, only a stones throw from the famous bath crescent and circus. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great! Nice to have a 2nd toilet in the apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with facilities.
Going up the stairs to the bedroom, there is a concrete beam on your left. There is no warning sign and I bumped the top of my shoulder quite badly.
