Beautiful setting, well maintained with high quality furnishings and fixtures throughout.

It was a little too warm upstairs for our todler so we slept downstairs with him.

Loved the fact that they had left us everything we needed and more, we have never been left so much. thank you! Will definitely try and return again maybe this year.

There isn’t much I can say that’s bad at all, there was a stair gate at the bottom of the stairs I assume for dogs because it probably wouldn’t stop a child going under it, upstairs wasn’t safe for a little one without the gate on.

Beautiful cottage, very clean, lots of room, had everything you could need.

Pillows were hard we all had bad sleep due to this, very firm mattress on all beds up stairs, however would still book again and take my own pillows, it is also quite a walk to the nearest pub down a very dirty road with lots of traffic.

The West Lodge, situated in it's own secluded, rural grounds at the end of a short private driveway, some three miles south of Blairgowrie, provided an excellent, quiet touring base to explore the Perthshire and Angus areas. The Cottage was exceptionally well appointed, having undergone extensive refurbishment last year, with excellent Wi-Fi, ample offroad parking, excellent communication with our host and a welcome gift all made for a delightful stay in the highly recommended unmissable West Lodge.

Search, as we did, we could not find a Microwave !! (Hint !, Hint !!)
