Lovely clean studio perfect for what we needed & close to the tube, easy check in, great communication with owner before arrival, surprised how much there was in room for personal use that was great, we were missing mugs for a cup of tea & only other thing id maybe suggest is adding a lamp to the bedroom but thats personal preference for not wanting big ceiling light on! Would defo book again if visiting London 😊
No mugs for our morning cuppa but not the end of the world & would have liked a lamp

When I called reception to get hold of check in info he answered straight away and was helpful.
The pillow could’ve belonged to someone for 20 years before I used it, it was awful, so lumpy and bumpy and gross. We’re also in a heatwave and only had thick duvets instead of sheets which was very uncomfortable. The blind didn’t cover the window which feels like a really basic ask and was really frustrating.
